Meditation (Meitri bavana)

Breath in... breath out concentrate on breathing...   hm... didn't work out for you?
that's because you don't know the purpose, you think to get mental relaxation,  to stress you would do this meditation exercise yet, you build up more stress for not being successful from it.
So what to do?
Try compassion meditation, compassion?
you have to spread kindness from your heart, its kind of not the thing  for you...? well at least you try it.
First concentrate your love and kindness to your self, 
Go to relax quiet place and think as"I may have peace in my mind, I may have good health, I may have all the good things which I should have,I may not receive any harm,I may have kind heart, I may have good faith." so on first try to spread compassion on to your self.
After doing that exercise spread it to others,
first thinks as every being who live in front of me may have peace in mind, may have good health,.. so on
then give the concentration to every being who lives right side, then left side, then behind, up, down.
After you doing it all directions, try spreading your concentration further and further
By doing so, you know that, you have compassion to all living beings and you won't do any harm for them, and as a Universal law, all the other beings also would not dare to do any harmful thing to you either.

compassion Meditation (Meitri bavana) is must do thing if your are a beginner to meditation
